I forgot my password. What do I do?
Click "Forgot?" on the login page, enter your email, and we'll send you a reset link within minutes.
How do I change my profile photo?
Go to Student Dashboard → Profile → Edit Profile, then upload a new photo and save.
Can I change my username?
Usernames cannot be changed after registration for security reasons.
How do I access a course?
Browse courses on the Courses page, click on one, and start learning. Premium courses require an active subscription.
Do I get a certificate?
Yes! Complete all lessons and pass the final quiz to earn a downloadable certificate.
Can I download course material?
Some materials are available for offline access through the Notes and Flashcards features.
How does the wallet work?
Your wallet holds your balance. Earn through referrals or add funds, then use it to upgrade to Standard or Pro plans.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallet balance through Razorpay.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee if you haven't completed more than 30% of the course.

Yes! You can retake any quiz unlimited times. Your best score is recorded.
How do I earn a quiz certificate?
Score 70% or above on a quiz to automatically earn a downloadable certificate.
How do I earn referral rewards?
Share your unique referral code with friends. When they sign up, you both earn ₹5 credited to your wallet.
Where is my referral code?
Visit the Referrals page in your Student Dashboard to find your code and sharing links.
Is there a limit to referrals?
No limit! Refer as many friends as you want. Each successful referral earns you ₹5.
